Request to book

$975 a night, and $1,150 on holiday nights. Send the dates to Gary. He replies personally. If the stay works, he sends a Stripe payment link. Nothing is charged here.

• Up to 10 people, including infants. The person who books must be 21 or older.
• A 50% deposit confirms the stay. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, or in full if you book within 30 days.
• Security is a refundable $1,500 deposit, or a $29 damage protection plan (CSA Travel Protection, up to $3,000).
• Changes after confirmation are $100. Deposits may be forfeited if you cancel. There is no refund if you cancel within 45 days of arrival. A refund is only if the dates are re-booked at the same rate, less 15% of deposits paid.
• Your rental agreement is sent with your booking confirmation. Please sign it within 24 hours to hold the reservation.
